This May MUSEO will feature the "Whidbey Island Metal Invitational".
This special show has been curated by local artist, David Gignac. He has gathered a group of more than 20 local artists who work in metal forging, fabricating, and assemblage. This show will highlight the many skills shared by these artists as they create works in a range of scale, from small pieces to large and freestanding sculptural works.
The gallery will also be showing new oil paintings on canvas by local artist, Gordon Edberg.
The show opens with an artists' reception Saturday, May 5th, from 5 to 7 pm.
The exhibit will run through May 28th. (click here for gallery)
