Museo Gallery will present "Baskets...an Evolution", opening on First Saturday, Jan. 3 with an artists' reception from 5-7 pm. This invitational show will feature 12 of the Northwest's most accomplished basket artists in conjunction with Bellevue Art Museum's Lieberman Basket Collection exhibit.

Highly textural and boldly shaped, the works in this exhibition utilize a range of materials and techniques from traditional organic to commercial, and often surprising media like fish skins, glass and animal bones. This exhibition will run through February 2.
